2. Data We Process

When creating an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password. Once you set up your club, you voluntarily provide additional information: club name, logo, contact details, sports, board members, sponsors, and links. This data is used exclusively to display the public club page.

When visiting a public club page, we collect anonymised page view counts (no IP addresses, no cookies). This data is shown exclusively to the respective club as statistics.

3. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). For the use of the paid Pro plan, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR additionally applies for subscription processing.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (Database & Authentication)

All club and user data is stored with Supabase Inc. Data is hosted on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Pro subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Stripe handles payment data (credit card, SEPA) in accordance with PCI-DSS. We do not store any payment data ourselves — this is held exclusively by Stripe. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

Vercel (Hosting)

The application runs on Vercel Inc. infrastructure. When accessing our website, technically necessary data (IP address, browser, access time) is recorded in Vercel logs and deleted after at most 30 days. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Email Communication

We send transactional emails (registration confirmation, password reset, reminders about unpublished pages) to the email address you provided. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Retention Period

Your data is stored for as long as you have an account with solviko.studio. After deletion of your account, all personal data will be irreversibly deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax records) apply.

8. Cookies

solviko.studio uses only technically necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookie). No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Cookie consent is therefore not required.
